Friends Only is an invite only community. These are the simple terms of being in the book. By signing your page, you agree to them.

Being in the book

Membership is a privilege, offered by invitation, not a right you can buy or demand. You are here because someone vouched for you. Treat that as it is meant: with care for the people around you.

Who you bring

When you write a friend into the book, you are vouching for them. You are responsible for the people you bring. If someone you invited behaves in a way that harms the community, it reflects on you, and it may affect your standing.

Respect

Be kind. Do not harass, threaten, or make anyone unsafe, in the app or at a night. Do not share another member’s private information. We may remove anyone, at any time, whose conduct is not in keeping with the spirit of Friends Only.

The nights

Claiming a place holds your spot. Where a night is paid, your place is confirmed once payment settles. Refunds, if any, follow what is stated for that night. Locations are shared in confidence with confirmed guests and are not to be posted publicly before the night.

Photos and memories

Our nights are photographed and filmed, and guests add their own photos and videos to each night’s album. By attending, you agree that you may appear in these, that members can see them in the book, and that Friends Only and its partners may use them to share the story of the night. If a particular image should come down, write to us and we will take it down.

Your account

Your place in the book is yours alone and cannot be transferred or sold. Keep your phone secure, since it is how you sign in. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

The experience, honestly

We put great care into our nights, but you attend of your own choosing and at your own risk, and Friends Only is not liable for what is beyond our reasonable control. Please look after yourself and each other.

Changes
