For brands and the agencies who move them

We make brand dreams come to life.

Friends Only creates the most unforgettable experiences. No public ticket links, a strict invite list, and only a few brands a year written into the chapter itself.

The agency behind the nights

You bring the brand. We do everything else.

We work directly with brands and the agencies who move them. Concept, design, venue, permits, build, staffing, content, and the recap: production handled A to Z by one team, the same team that made every night in our library. You arrive with a brand dream. We hand back a chapter people talk about for months.

And because our nights are invite only, with no public ticket links and no door sales, your brand lives inside something people had to be chosen for. Scarcity is the medium.

I

Concept

A never-been-done idea, built around your brand and nothing else.

II

Design

Every detail drawn and approved before we ever touch the room.

III

The room

Venues no one else can open, with the permits and trust to match.

IV

Production

Build, staffing, security, sound, service. All of it, handled.

V

Content

Photographers, film, and a crowd that posts because it wants to.

VI

The proof

A recap and audience insights your whole team will forward.

Our nights are invite only. There are no ticket links and no door sales, so demand has nowhere to go but the waitlist.

Every night begins the same way

Someone says what if. Then we build it.

I

What if we built a forest inside Canada's most iconic library?

1,600 guests · built in 4 hours · 3,000 books donated

II

What if we turned 50,000 square feet of Eataly into a playground?

1,100 guests · 40 food stations · 10,000 on the waitlist

III

What if we built an apartment for 1,000 friends?

5 rooms · built in 6 hours

With Captain Morgan, Doritos, Tresemmé, Investly

IV

What if summer refused to end?

2,000 guests · two boats · fireworks over the water

With Doritos

V

What if the old Zara reopened as our own department store?

8 rooms · 1,000 guests through the door in 25 minutes

VI

What if King and Spadina became a supermarket for one night?

Taylor Swift weekend · a secret Y2K room

With Red Bull

VII

What if you stepped into an abandoned subway, 100 years from now?

A working TTC station · hundreds of meals donated

VIII

What if a night could clear security?

Billy Bishop Airport · in support of women's shelters

IX

What if cherry blossoms bloomed inside the AGO?

400 guests · thousands of candles · the KAWS exhibit

What a chapter looks like

We open rooms no one else can.

The Forest

Canada’s most iconic library, turned into a forest for 1,600 guests in a 4 hour build.

Step inside

The Office

A Bay Street trading floor, out of office for one night, with a surprise set from Boys Noize.

Step inside

Transformation of Eataly

50,000 square feet of culinary playground, and a waitlist of 10,000 for the door.

Step inside
I

Woven in, never taped on.

Your brand becomes part of the plot. A claw machine in the supermarket, a coconut bar on the trading floor, your product written into the night itself. If it reads as an ad, it does not make it in.

II

The internet does the posting.

Every night produces thousands of photos and clips from guests who asked to be in the room. Content with real reach, made by the crowd, not bought from it.

III

Proof, not vibes.

After the night you receive the recap: who the room was, what they loved, what traveled home. In aggregate, never names. The guest list stays protected, and that protection is why the room is worth being in.

IV

By introduction.

We take on a few partners a year, chosen to fit the room. The guest list is protected, the taste level is protected, and that is exactly why it works.

Rooms we have opened: the Toronto Reference Library, the Art Gallery of Ontario, a working TTC subway station, Billy Bishop Airport, Eataly, the Biodome in Montreal, San Francisco City Hall, and the top of Scotiabank Plaza.

Every night gives back

The door asks for a donation, not a cover.

Giving is built into the model, not bolted on. Every experience carries a drive, and every guest arrives holding something for someone else. At Eataly, a portion of every ticket went to Second Harvest. It is the quietest thing we do, and the one we protect hardest.

0+pounds of clothing, food, and care products donated

The book drive

Children's literacy programs, with the Toronto Public Library. The Forest alone collected 3,000 books.

The food drive

Meals for the Yonge Street Mission, carried in by guests at the door of the Subway.

The clothing drive

Warm clothing for neighbours without housing, gathered night after night.

The care drive

Feminine care products for women's shelters, the cause the Airport flew for.

The next chapter is unwritten.
